Something I come across all the time with Zimbra is that although it’s easier to install, support, and maintain than Exchange, quite often IT departments still would prefer to not deal with their own email infrastructure. It’s often just not worth their valuable time in which case hosting Zimbra is a pretty good idea.
For all ye IT departments, what if you could have a fully managed outsourced Zimbra solution? Imagine never having to administer your user population let alone ever needing to take a help desk support call. Zimbra provides administrators so much flexibility as outlined above, but sometimes an IT department needs to outsource to maximize their existing resources.
I’m a huge advocate of Zimbra and have never looked back. Most of my own customers who had decided to completely outsource their email all use a company called www.specialai.com.
SpecialAI is great because they can become your help desk. No more being pestered by demanding users allowing you to focus on more business centric IT projects. Some of my customers used to get the same service with an outsourced Exchange solution but I’m so happy that there is a fully managed option out there for Zimbra!
